Our office accepts most Major Dental Insurance Plans (PPO Only). Then for any remaining balance(s) we accept **Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, Cash or Check. Payment is due at the time services are rendered, unless there is a previously set up arrangement. We offer reasonable discounts to Self-Pay Patients and ***"in-house" Payment Plans are available for treatment over $300. (Required down payment of 10%, then monthly auto-pay payments for 6,12,18 or 24 months).
